Pecan Pie
Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 1/4 cup pecans
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 unbaked 9″ pie shell
Preheat oven to 375º F, beat eggs, vanilla, sugar & salt. Add butter & syrup & mix in pecans. Bake 40-45 minutes in pie shell.
